PC OK engineers have been fully trained to carry out repairs on various manufacturers equipment. PC OK also operates a one stop drop off repairs and diagnostic service at our premises. Alternatively, you can arrange for an on-site callout or we can collect the equipment from your premises for a small charge.

Installation & Maintenance

PC OK can install supplied equipment for home users and small businesses.  From home-user desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals to company servers and full systems, we are here to install and maintain your equipment. PC OK offers 12 month maintenance contract periods which include onsite support, parts & labour, but excludes viruses and spyware.

Consultancy

PC OK are re-sellers of major brands, including Microsoft, Netgear, Intel, Asus, Acer,HP and Epson to name but a few. We will act on your behalf to procure the best possible prices for top of the range products. PC OK manufactures our own custom made PC's, Laptops and Servers built to customer specifications.

Training

PC OK offers tailor-made courses designed to meet your needs.These can be arranged as either a one-to-one session or in small classes.
Each programme is designed with you in mind to help you achieve your goal. The Director of Training, Mr Michael Tew, has over 20 years experience in the computer industry and is fully conversant with various software packages. From Microsoft to Novell, Mr Tew will be able to offer you courses to achieve your full potential.

As well as being technically sound, Mr Tew teaches with a pleasant manner, coupled with his outgoing personality, ensuring that your training experience will not only be beneficial, but also enjoyable.
We also offer off-site training which can be arranged in advance.
